What to Expect at TOI’s Senior Social Hours
At each Senior Social Hour, you can expect a friendly environment where you can socialize with people from your community, share stories, and make new friends. A nutritious meal is always on the menu, ensuring you not only enjoy delicious food, but also leave with a warm sense of community. Additionally, these events feature presentations on various topics from health and wellness to local resources, programs, and services.
When and Where
TOI’s Senior Social Hours are held from 11:30am to 12:30pm at three convenient locations throughout Tioga County:
- Berkshire: Join us on the first Friday of every month at the Berkshire Fire Department, 12515 NY-38, Berkshire. (Please note: Due to the July 4th holiday, there will be no Social Hour in July). Next date: Friday, August 2nd
- Spencer: Join us on the third Friday of each month at INSPIRE S-VE Community and Fitness Center, 57 E. Tioga St., Spencer. Next dates: Friday, July 19th and Friday, August 16th
- Waverly: Join us on the fourth Friday month at Waverly Community Methodist Church, 158 Chemung St., Waverly. Next dates: Friday, July 26th and Friday, August 23rd
