Join us for this exciting new class! Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 10:30am at TOI’s Countryside Community Center. Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a friendly and engaging fitness program tailored for adults 65 and older. With a focus on improving strength, balance, and overall fitness, SAIL helps you stay active and reduce the risk of falls. This evidence-based program is led by certified instructors offering exercises that can be done standing or seated. Stay active, feel great, and enjoy life to the fullest—come join us!
