TOI’s WIC Program will be at the Apalachin United Methodist Church, 303 Pennsylvania Ave., Apalachin on Thursday, February 29th from 9:15am to 2:15pm.

WIC is here to help you and your family be as healthy as you can be! Supplemental food packages, nutrition education and breastfeeding support are available for eligible infants, children and women.
