Alzheimer’s Community Forum

Join us for a listening session on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss.

The needs of people living with Alzheimer’s disease, or another dementia are changing and, as a community, we must change with it. The Alzheimer’s Association Central New York Chapter is partnering with Tioga Opportunities, Inc. to host a Tioga Community Forum on Wednesday, August 23rd at 12:30pm at TOI’s Countryside Community Center, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego. The forum will include a listening session on Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and memory loss, an open discussion on services, and ways we can better address gaps in services in Tioga. This program is intended for all audiences including caregivers, early-stage individuals, providers/professionals, first responders, and the general public. Together, we can help enhance care and support resources for those facing the disease.
