Tioga State Bank will present “Frauds & Scams Targeted to Senior Citizens” on August 4, 10:00 a.m., at TOI’s Countryside Community Center in Owego.  Attendees will learn why fraudsters target their demographic, popular frauds and scams circulating, tips on keeping yourself safe, and what to do if you have become a victim.  This presentation is free, but registration is required.  Please contact Tioga Opportunities to register at 607-687-4120.
