HVAC Subcontractor’s Needed for Furnace Removal/Installation
Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Energy Services Department invites the public to bid on the following,
Providing labor and materials for the removal and installation of a mobile home furnace
A copy of the Work Specification will be provided upon request by contacting the Energy Services Department of Tioga Opportunities, Inc. located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego N.Y. (607-687-4222). Bids are due by 1:00 pm on August 18th, 2022. The Sealed Bid Opening will be performed the same day at 1:30 p.m. at the Countryside Community Center also located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego, N.Y. Bid awards will made to the lowest responsible vendor(s) capable of compliance with all bid specifications, capable of performing the work and with the administrative capacity required to complete the project. An award made upon receipt of a sealed bid proposal becomes a firm, fixed price contract.
