Multi-Family Energy Audit and Building Analysis
Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Energy Services Department invites the public to bid on the following:
Providing labor and materials for a BPI/DOE approved energy audit on a 3-story, 50-unit multi-family building in Johnson City, N.Y. The contractor must be multi-family BPI certified to perform the energy audit and building analysis.
A copy of the work specification will be provided upon request by contacting the Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Energy Services Department located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego N.Y. (607-687-4222). Bids are due by 1:00p.m. on August 25th, 2022. The sealed bid opening will be performed the same day at 1:30p.m. at the Countryside Community Center also located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego, N.Y. Bid awards will be made to the lowest responsible vendor(s) capable of compliance with all bid specifications, capable of performing the work, and with the administrative capacity required to complete the project. An award made upon receipt of a sealed bid proposal becomes a firm, fixed price contract.
