Subcontractors needed for Weatherization work
Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Energy Services Department invites the public to bid on the following:
- Providing labor and necessary equipment to successfully complete pre and post inspections of Weatherization work in Tioga and Broome counties.
- Providing labor and materials needed to successfully complete weatherization work in Tioga and Broome counties.
A copy of the work specification will be provided upon request by contacting the Tioga Opportunities, Inc.’s Energy Services Department, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego N.Y. (607-687-4222). Bids are due by 1:00pm on September 22, 2023. The sealed bid opening will be performed on September 22, 2023 at 1:30pm at the TOI’s Countryside Community Center also located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego, N.Y. Bid awards will be made to the lowest responsible vendor(s) capable of compliance with all bid specifications, capable of performing the work and with the administrative capacity required to complete the project. An award made upon receipt of a sealed bid proposal becomes a firm, fixed price contract.
