Tioga Tells Concludes Year 2 “Quality of Life” Project

Tioga Tells recently concluded the Year 2 “Quality of Life” project. The pandemic created many barriers for Tioga Tells, but also opened new opportunities for the project. Potential areas for growth as a county and community were discovered. This wouldn’t have been possible without the involvement and support of the community.
