Alzheimer’s and other dementias cause memory, thinking and behavior problems that interfere with daily living. Tioga Opportunities Inc. is pleased to host “10 Signs of Alzheimer’s”, an educational program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association. Join us to learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns; the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis; possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer’s Association resources.
The presentation will be held at the following locations and times:
• Tuesday, January 17th at 10:00AM at Tioga Opportunities, Inc.’s Countryside Community Center, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego
• Tuesday, January 17th at 1:00PM at the Waverly Historical Society, 437 Chemung St., Waverly
• Tuesday, January 17th at 3:30PM at Christ the King Fellowship Presbyterian Church, 75 North Main St., Spencer.
